How do I get started?
Download Processional from the App Store and tap "Create Wedding Plan" on the welcome screen. You'll start with a venue designer where you can choose a template and customize it. Then add your wedding party, build the timeline, and run the simulation.
How do I export a video or PDF?
Open your wedding plan, go to the Simulation tab, and tap the share icon. You can export an animated video of the ceremony or a printable PDF guide with timeline details. Export requires a One Wedding or Premium purchase.
How do I restore my purchases?
Open the app and navigate to the menu. Tap "Restore Purchases" and sign in with the Apple ID you used for the original purchase. Your entitlements will be restored automatically across all your devices.
Does my data sync across devices?
Yes. If you have iCloud enabled, your wedding plans sync automatically between your iPhone and iPad. Make sure both devices are signed in to the same Apple ID with iCloud enabled for Processional.
What's the difference between One Wedding and Premium?
One Wedding ($19.99, one-time) unlocks all features for a single wedding — perfect for couples planning their own ceremony. Premium ($9.99/month) adds unlimited weddings, ideal for wedding planners and coordinators managing multiple ceremonies.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings on your iPhone > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Processional > Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access until the end of the current billing period.
What devices are supported?
Processional requires iOS 18.0 or later and works on both iPhone and iPad. The app supports all iPhones and iPads running iOS 18 or newer.
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and request a refund for Processional. Refunds are at Apple's discretion per their refund policy.
